As a member of the Abs After Babies Community, you will receive a personalised workout program designed to help you transform your body and increase your confidence as a Mom! Training will be broken down into 12 weeks. Every four weeks, you will create a goal and follow an Action Plan to achieve that goal.


I will provide you with detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise during every workout. You will also get video demonstrations for EVERY exercise to make sure you know exactly how to perform the exercises with correct form and avoid injury.

CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLANS

Nutrition is a critical part of the recovery process! As a member of Abs After Babies, you get your own unique meal plan tailored to suit you and your caloric needs. I will take into consideration your likes and dislikes, as well as any allergies and dietary requirements you may have to ensure your meal plan is delicious and sustainable!


Remember, improving your diet is a journey. We will NOT be pushing unhealthy or extreme diets. Instead, we focus on creating a meal plan that nourishes you and most importantly, fits around your busy schedule as a Mom!


Your plan will update every 4 weeks to ensure you don’t get bored of the same foods, allowing you to stay on track and progress towards your goal. Don't like a meal? No worries! Our handy meal swap function enables you to swap out meals to suit your taste!


To make things easier, every week I will provide you with a shopping list to ensure you have everything you need to succeed! All you have to do is trust the process and the results will speak for themselves.

After 4 babies in 5 years, I still looked pregnant for months after delivery, thanks to a large abdominal separation and umbilical cord hernia.


It looked more and more like the solution would be surgery, but I didn't want to take that path (and the months of recovery that would come along with it) unless it was the only and last resort.


I didn't have the luxury of spending hours in the gym or prepping a week's worth of fad-diet meals every Sunday.


I had four kids to take care of, and I needed to take care of myself as well. My goal wasn't to win a bikini competition— it was to feel healthy, whole, strong, confident, and energetic.


When I couldn't find a simple, achievable program to help me do that, I set out to build it. I studied under several physical therapists who specialized in women's health to develop the workout portion of the Abs After Babies program.


I know how tempting it can be to try fad diets, with their promises of quick, easy wins...but I also know that most women don't just bounce back to their starting weight after a fad diet. They often end up heavier than when they started. (This is because many fad diets disrupt and eventually decrease our metabolisms.)


That's why I used science-based, research-supported nutrition plans in my program. If I can follow this program with four kids underfoot in my kitchen, I promise you can do it, too!


My first goal is to help you heal from DR (or prevent it in the first place!). But my ultimate goal is to give you the tools, structure, and support to live a long, healthy, energetic life.
